Do you need to update your PBS and the task is overwhelming you, then here is my systematic way to accomplish that. You will need to remove items and add items to your menu and maybe draft some pages that we are no longer working with affiliates on and that is what I am training on tonight.
I am a blue print personality and I need a systematic working plan to organize things. So I needed a way to update my PBS that made sense to me. Being a marketer in the RRR247 world, things move fast. We are adding new affiliates to market for and new products almost weekly if not more often.
A Little Background on My System
I have been here for almost 7 years. I got my PBS 9/7/17. That means that I started with about 120 pages. We now have 78 for the new sites and I do not have Google Adsense yet and each time I go through my system, with the aim of updating the pages and adding new ones, my effort falls apart somewhere in the middle. But I am determined to get this done sooner than later so I start again! My goal is to update my PBS so that I can get Google Adsense.
In preparing for this training I realized that I have been teaching some of my students what I do when they ask how to organize and update their sites, especially for those that are some of my long term students – over 2 years. They, for whatever reason, life mostly or themselves getting in the way, as is the case for me, have not edited all their pages, have not added new pages over the years and have not advertised to those pages. So you need to set aside time to update your PBS
We are told not to draft pages. So I want to reiterate any students that have a PBS that is 6 months or less do not draft your pages. You have a current site and you are already getting some traffic. It is fully functional, but you won’t be making money yet until you get everything set up for you and your business. That means you need to update your PBS with your words and thoughts.

Comparing Your Site With Rory’s in Preparation to Update your PBS
If you know how to do split screen, then have 1f16.com up in a window and your site in another. Work from the public side of your site first and compare each category with Rory’s site. I make columns. I have not mastered this yet, so I go back and forth between my site and Rory’s and I write or type on my computer my column. It may take you some dedicated time to update your PBS, but it will be worth it.

Preparing a draft folder in Google Drive to update your PBS
In comparing my site to the new student sites, I realized I had a lot of pages that had not been edited or advertised to). So I did not want that many drafts on my site. So I put them in a draft folder in my google drive – These are pages I did not advertise to, did not edit and we are no longer marketing for that affiliate – (Show where to get Google Drive – create a folder – explain thread – and set up like Rory shows in back up folders).
So starting with Rory’s site I noticed the order of the categories is different on my site – move home category (Show how to get to Menu from public side and from dashboard – move home page in Menu)
A&E – remove churros (show how to move off menu)
add 2 pages to my menu and write them on the list – entertaining gifts and nutrient dense beef
leave wine magic in this category, but need to change out the links – show where to get from PBS vortex – show referral code document where all my links are
B&C – remove body scrubber – curst – curly hair – break links – I have advertised to these pages so I won’t draft them. Can just be an information page or can send the customer to the website (no commission for this)
Rory has Miel and Velovita items – mine are in Health & Fitness
Blockchain – Add Inpersona to my list of pages to create (show adding a new page)
Clothing – Nothing to add, I have scarf and other pages I added (Need to change the links to FSN)
Computer/Internet – Rory Bitcoin Me PBS/Bitcoin nothing to add
Cooking, food wine – remove healthy cookie from menu – add protein popcorn (put on create page list)
E-Bussiness – Add Flowium page (add to my create list) Remove ERC – Show how to get from CND/RAM
Education and Career Dev – need to add as a category (show how to copy page to mine) – (Show how to add to menu) – need to create brain food page and add my links to those pages – from PBS Vortex
– (the last page you worked on is at the top (my new page for this training) – leave it as a floater page – not putting on menu – it has a url and that’s how we advertised to it
Emp/Jobs – Add a teacher page (put on my create list) add a RAM page (put on my list)
Free Stuff – Add Rory $20 hack page to my create list
Health/Fitness – Add 3 product Velovita pages (Tuun, Byom, Zlem) – add to my create page list
Pets – Add brain page, add tuun page and odor page (add to my create page list)
Self Help – Add EMF page (add to my create page list)
Software – okay as is
Sports – remove shoe carrier from menu (I could draft it – didn’t advertise, no longer marketing for them)
Travel – repurpose excel page – change links to FSN
Then in the dashboard – look through the pages there – create another list – pages to repurpose (healthy pet – FSN; Australia – change links; Blue Scorpon – Velovita product; Canada – change links)
Then I have an Artisan Soap page – that has no affiliate links – so sending them directly to website for company – this is free advertisement for that company
