We have a CRM (Contact Resource Manager) that we use for all of our contacts. When you sign up for your own PBS Vortex, which is what we call it, weu have access to this amazing CRM. (PBS stands for Performance Blogging System). It basically houses every person that has been contacted by RRR247 over the last 13 years. The company is entering 1000s of leads (contacts) daily.
We are provided leads by the CEOs, Rory and Tanya, and there is no cost to us. I don’t know if you have ever had to pay for leads, but this is part of their philanthropy to us as our business partners. They are the lead generators in the business and have been around for over 30 plus years. They used to sell leads to companies/persons and then stopped and decided they want to invest into their business partners, us, who they are training how to use this incredible software in our PBS businesses.

There are so many features of our PBS Vortex that are not fully functioning yet, but that that we are using helps us sort contacts into groups and each of us that pays for the CRM is able to do the same and it doesn’t bog down too often even with thousands of us using it at the same time.
This great tool allows us to do many things to create our own SMS/Text and Email lists. All of our community members are added to the CRM for ascension marketing which is ongoing. It is helping us to keep up with communication with our ongoing relationships we are cultivating.
The PBS Vortex is exclusive to RRR247 and allows us to add direct to consumer products and services to our contacts. We are paid commissions on our students that pay for their PBS Vortex in a tier system. And we will be able to offer special products that will be tracked and paid though this commission program. It is a tool that pays us every month as we are building our business.
