Easiest and Delicious One Pan Brownie Recipe

Here is the easiest and most delicious one pan brownie recipe we have found. This is totally from scratch!!! I used to bake brownies from the box and they never turned out right. I either didn’t cook them long enough, or cooked them too long. Even when I adjusted the time. They were either overcooked or undercooked. Since using this recipe, my one pan brownie recipe turns out perfect each and every time.

I love the fact that you can tailor these brownies to the most finicky of sweet eaters or the most adventurous. There is so much flexibility in what you can add to this one pan brownie recipe. It calls for chopped semi chocolate. My husband likes milk chocolate better. So I can just add a bag of milk chocolate chips. I have added caramel chips, butterscotch chips, sea salt caramel chips, butterfinger chips, heath chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips. Whatever flavor you desire or in any combination!! It calls for chunks of chocolate. That is fine when I am not in a hurry, but if in a time crunch, then a quick bag of whateverr to the rescue!

What is also nice is that it can all be made in one pan. Easy cleanup, no separate dishes for wet and dry. About the only isue I have is when I start to mix the cocoa and flour. You may get a poof of dust floating around and landing on your stove top. I used to lick the bowl when my grandmother made desserts, which is where I learned to bake. And still to this day, I lick the bowl, spatula, etc. Yes I know raw egg, but I have lived 62 years and it hasn’t killed me yet.
